Role Overview
The Network Supply Manager will be responsible for operational procurement activities supporting Nebius network infrastructure and data-center projects across the United States. The role will primarily focus on U.S. projects, suppliers, deployments, and operational procurement requirements.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate must take primary ownership of operational procurement for network connectivity, IP address resources, and data-center services across the United States, and support global network infrastructure and data-center projects in other regions as required by business priorities.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, telecommunications procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement operations.
- Experience with supplier sourcing, RFQs, proposal evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience using ERP, procure-to-pay, or procurement-management systems.
- General understanding of telecommunications, network connectivity, and data-center services.
- General knowledge of major global telecommunications carriers, network infrastructure providers, and data-center operators.
