Role Overview
The Warehouse Specialist runs day-to-day warehouse operations at a Nebius data center site, receiving, storing, and issuing high-value hardware, keeping stock and asset records accurate, and providing equipment to data center engineers on time.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include receiving and dispatch, provisioning to data center operations, inventory and asset control, security, safety, and compliance, process and continuous improvement, and local expertise.

Requirements

- Independently runs daily warehouse tasks at the site within SOPs
- Escalates discrepancies, damage, and security issues to the Team Lead
- Impact: Keeps DC engineers supplied with the right hardware on time and keeps site stock accurate
- Communication: Clear, timely updates to the Team Lead, DC engineers, and logistics teams
