Role Overview

The Nebius IT Data Center Technician Early Talent program is a 3-month work experience designed to introduce early-career candidates to hands-on enterprise data center operations. Early talent participants are embedded on the data center floor as active team members alongside experienced DC Technicians and senior operations staff.

What You Will Do

As an IT Data Center Technician Early Talent participant, you will work on the data center floor under the direct guidance of an experienced DC Technician. You will perform tasks such as identifying, handling, and documenting server components, rack hardware, and data center equipment, and assisting with physical installation, cabling, and labeling of server hardware.

Requirements

• Current University student (Computer Science or related field)
• Recent Graduate or Early Career specialist
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods during active floor operations
• Ability to safely lift and position equipment up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Manual dexterity to handle small form-factor components, precision cabling, and fine connector installations
