Role Overview
Nebius is seeking an Engineering Manager for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in the US. The role requires a technical background, with experience in software, SRE, network, or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include setting the engineering bar, owning end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives, defining scope and success criteria, and driving decisions to closure.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
- Real engineering background: built and operated production systems
- Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD)
- Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment
