Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee all mechanical system delivery for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre projects.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee all mechanical construction activities, ensure compliance with local electrical codes, review and validate design drawings, manage on-site interfaces, monitor and report on progress, and oversee quality assurance.

7+ years’ experience managing mechanical delivery, degree or qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, strong understanding of HVAC, liquid cooling, and mechanical controls.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience managing mechanical delivery
- Degree or qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HVAC, liquid cooling, and mechanical controls
- Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools
- Fluent in English; Norwegian advantageous
