Role Overview
Lead AI infrastructure deployment operations across the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for leading, scaling, and operationalizing AI infrastructure deployment operations.
What You Will Do
Lead regional deployment strategy, build and manage local field engineering teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure regional site readiness.

Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore (or willing to relocate immediately)
- Senior leadership experience managing large-scale cloud, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or AI infrastructure deployment teams across the APAC region
- Deep understanding of data center physical infrastructure, server/rack deployment, power and liquid cooling architectures, and regional hardware supply chain logistics
- Extensive experience navigating APAC vendor ecosystems, regulatory requirements, tax/import laws, and local operational nuances
- Proven ability to interface with executive leadership, global engineering partners, and external strategic partners effectively
