Role Overview
We're seeking a People Process & Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the operational backbone of our rapidly growing People function. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work closely with HR leaders, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across people operations, data integrity, and process excellence.
What You Will Do
You'll own the end-to-end operational delivery of people programs—from employee onboarding and offboarding to compensation administration, benefits management, and HR systems. You'll manage benefits administration, payroll data delivery coordination, maintain employee records and documentation, process personnel actions, build and maintain the Workday as a single source of truth for people data, and prepare insights for the business.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS management, or HR administration
- Deep familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making
- Practical knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law and compliance (US, UK, EU preferred)
- Experience designing and optimizing People workflows and processes at scale
- Strong communication skills: able to explain complex HR concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
