Role Overview
Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Analyst to efficiently manage and assess sensitive account details, including but not limited to credit card fraud, account takeovers, and chargebacks.
What You Will Do
Respond to and analyze a high volume of risk-related tickets promptly and professionally through written communication, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high caseload of risk investigations simultaneously
- Sound discretion and independent judgment in assessing and resolving complex risk-related issues
- 3+ years of experience in fraud investigation, account risk, or trust & safety operations
- Demonstrated ability to identify fraud trends and recommend workflow improvements
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior analysts
