Role Overview

The Supplier Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic supplier partnerships that support the growth and operational requirements of the largest privately-held cloud infrastructure company.

What You Will Do

The SRM will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Program Managers, Datacenter Operations, Sales and Finance teams to ensure the timely availability of critical infrastructure components for current and future growth needs.

The ideal candidate can easily translate business requirements into supplier engagement and sourcing strategies, and has experience in cloud infrastructure, datacenters, servicers, networking, semiconductors, or technology hardware supply chains and knowledge of IaaS business models and hyperscale cloud operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ Years of experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, vendor management.
• Experience negotiating agreements and supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and supplier leadership teams.
• Prior experience with hyperscale cloud, data center infrastructure, or technology OEM ecosystem, including organizations such as Dell, NVIDIA, HPE, Supermicro, Intel, AMD, or comparable companies, is highly desirable.
