Role Overview
Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trust & Safety Analyst to process abuse reports, enforce our TOS/AUP, assist in maintaining IP reputation, and pursue brand and intellectual property protection escalations.
What You Will Do
Investigate and resolve complex abuse reports and TOS/AUP violations, manage a high volume of tickets, enforce platform policies consistently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate complex threats.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in trust & safety, abuse management, or a related customer support role
- Proven experience in cloud computing, hosting, or ISP infrastructure environments
- Practical knowledge of internet protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and common attack vectors
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based decisions
- Excellent written English skills for clear, professional communication and documentation
