Role Overview
As Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting, you will lead and scale Crusoe's corporate recruiting function during a pivotal period of growth. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll oversee recruiting across all non-technical organizations.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute corporate recruiting strategies across multiple functions, aligning hiring priorities, resources, and execution plans with business growth objectives. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Experience leading corporate recruiting within hyperscalers, neocloud providers, cloud computing, AI/ML, AI infrastructure, data center, energy, hardware, or advanced manufacturing organizations.
- Proven success building and scaling corporate recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within organizations experiencing rapid headcount expansion, evolving business priorities, and increasing operational complexity.
