Join Crusoe's technical recruiting team as a Senior Technical Sourcer to own sourcing strategy for technical searches, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and build talent pipelines that power Crusoe's growth.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical searches, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, build and run proactive talent pipelines, craft personalized outreach, and conduct initial conversations to assess technical fit.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting
• Proven track record of building strong, diverse pipelines for senior, hard-to-fill technical roles
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels
• Ability to influence recruiters and hiring managers through data, insight, and judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
