Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager, Data Center Operations will own the end-to-end site handover framework, drive the cross-functional handover rhythm, and build and maintain SOPs that govern critical datacenter operations. The role requires experience in program management in mission-critical environments, designing operational frameworks from scratch, and quarterbacking across design, construction, supply chain, and site ops teams.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities of the role include operating at the scale of a nation, flying the plane while it's being built, and writing the playbook. The Technical Program Manager will also lead incident management and stability improvement programs, produce dashboards and reporting, and run CAPA programs.

Requirements
