Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Communications Designer to join our Design team and work with Internal Communications and Employer Branding.

What You Will Do

Create visual materials for internal communications and employer branding, develop visual concepts, design employee merch and gifts, and come up with creative concepts and produce visual content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communication design, internal communications, employer branding, or related fields within technology / IT companies
• A strong and varied portfolio: campaigns, events, digital, print, merch, presentations, and social media
• Strong visual design skills: typography, composition, grids, visual hierarchy, and the ability to make information engaging and easy to understand
• Experience designing for physical formats and events: an understanding of print technologies, materials, and production processes, with the ability to take designs through to production
• Systems thinking: the ability to build a consistent visual language and scalable design solutions, working within brand guidelines and evolving them
• Proficiency with AI tools: up-to-date knowledge of their capabilities and the ability to critically assess results from a professional designer’s perspective
• Initiative and communication skills: the ability to propose and develop ideas, explain design decisions, work with feedback, and see projects through to completion
• Broader storytelling skills are a plus: the ability to build a narrative, articulate a central message, and develop it through text, visuals, and other formats
