Role Overview

Nebius is looking for an experienced integrated campaign marketer to turn audience insight into campaigns that grow brand awareness, reach the right customers, and generate qualified demand. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role.

What You Will Do

You will research audiences, build campaign plans, write briefs, guide execution, and measure results. You will lead cross-functional teams and agencies without direct line authority, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead as the function evolves.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, or Account-based marketing
• Minimum of 4-5 years leading integrated campaigns for 1 or 2 companies
• Proven record of delivering integrated campaigns with measurable business outcomes
• Strong audience and market research skills
• Experience combining digital and physical channels into a connected customer journey
• Creative thinking about media and activation
• A clear point of view on measurement and attribution
• Proven agency and vendor management skills
• Strong systems thinking and practical use of AI
• The ability to lead through influence
• Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor
