Role Overview
The Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager will set the direction, standards, and capability for EHS across the region, leading through others, setting the standards, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure.
What You Will Do
The Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager will set and own the regional EHS plan, translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice, lead and manage local teams, act as the senior EHS voice, own regional governance and assurance, and take personal command of major incidents and crises.

Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team
- Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation
- Proven experience supporting incident response and investigations
- Experience coaching and developing teams and capability
- Strong commercial and organisational judgement
- Excellent communication skills
