Role Overview
The Finance Business Partner acts as a financial advisor to commercial and operational teams across the business, providing analysis and financial guidance to support budget control, cost discipline, and ongoing monitoring of profitability and ROI for major commercial initiatives.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships and serving as a trusted financial partner to stakeholders in the business, developing and maintaining reports for functions leaders, and communicating financial implications of business activities to non-finance stakeholders.

We expect you to have 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, or similar roles, strong analytical capabilities, and experience partnering with commercial and operational teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, or similar roles
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial analysis skills
- Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams
- Understanding of revenue dynamics, cost structures, and unit economics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with planning applications (Oracle NSPB is preferred) and related tools
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex financial problems
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
