The Senior HR Business Partner will be the primary partner to regional leadership in the APAC region, helping to build the organization, leadership capability, and people practices needed to scale the region effectively.

Partner with regional leadership, lead organizational design and team-shape decisions, ensure the region has the necessary HR tools and support, and coach leaders on performance and talent reviews.
