Role Overview

The Manager, External Reporting will be a key member within the external reporting team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting under US GAAP and US SEC regulations.

What You Will Do

Assist in the preparation, review and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures, including preparing SEC filings and ensuring all reporting complies with SEC regulations and company accounting policies.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including significant exposure to US GAAP technical accounting and SEC reporting
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with PCAOB and SEC reporting requirements
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Experience assisting with external audits, regulatory filings and compliance processes
• Strong track record of interpreting and implementing new accounting standards and disclosure requirements
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex accounting matters to executives, auditors and non-financial stakeholders
