Role Overview

Join TensorWave's team as a BIM Manager to coordinate, govern, and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) across the company's data center portfolio. This role supports greenfield development, facility expansions, renovations, and AI infrastructure deployments for a neocloud provider.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement company-wide BIM standards, model guidelines, and information exchange protocols for various projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track issues, and enforce project deliverable requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of BIM coordination experience, proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and constructability requirements.

Requirements

• Five or more years of BIM coordination, VDC, or multidisciplinary design coordination experience
• Experience coordinating complex MEP systems in data centers or other mission-critical facilities
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and a common data environment or model coordination platform
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, and construction documentation
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and constructability requirements
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track issues, and enforce project deliverable requirements
