Role Overview
The Data Center Security Specialist will manage day-to-day physical security operations, facility access policies, and audit procedures across CoreWeave’s data centre spaces. This role requires up to 20% travel across Europe to conduct security oversight and training sessions.
What You Will Do
The Data Center Security Specialist will implement robust physical security controls, conduct site audits, and deliver engaging security training. They will also act as the primary security liaison with colocation partners, conduct regular site inspections, produce detailed compliance reports, and support incident investigations when required.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in data centre security or 5+ years in a broader physical security-related role
- In-depth knowledge of physical security principles, including access control administration, incident response, and security auditing
- Strong written, analytical, and organizational discipline, with the ability to work autonomously and produce comprehensive audit documentation
- Comfortable utilizing Mac, Windows, and Google Workspace applications
- Ability to travel up to 20% across EU member states without requiring additional visas or work permits
