Role Overview

The Early Career Recruiting Coordinator will support the execution of CoreWeave's global early careers hiring strategy, coordinating recruiting activity for internships, new graduate positions, apprenticeships, and other entry-level opportunities.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will own interview scheduling and logistics, maintain accurate recruiting data, support campus and hiring events, and serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the candidate journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, program coordination, or a closely related function
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams, locations, or time zones
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through across multiple concurrent workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful, candidate-first approach
• Ability to build trust and work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
