Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner acts as a financial advisor to commercial and operational teams across the business, providing analysis and financial guidance to support budget control, cost discipline, and ongoing monitoring of profitability and ROI for major commercial initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with stakeholders, developing and maintaining reports, supporting business owners with budgeting and cost control, and communicating financial implications of business activities to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, or similar roles
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial analysis skills
• Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams
• Understanding of revenue dynamics, cost structures, and unit economics
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with planning applications (Oracle NSPB is preferred) and related tools (Oracle EPM/NetSuit, BI tools, etc.)
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex financial problems
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with incomplete data
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with high ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
• High resilience, with the ability to maintain sound judgment and performance in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
