Role Overview
As a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist at Nebius, you will own and implement the site EHS plan, bringing the global EHS strategy to life in everyday work on site. You will lead by example with site teams and contractors, setting expectations and building capability for safe outcomes. You will also support the site assurance programme, audits, inspections, and the quality of risk assessments and controls.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning and implementing the site EHS plan, leading by example with site teams and contractors, owning and supporting the EHS relationship with site and regional stakeholders, supporting the site assurance programme, and applying and upholding the standard for construction, commissioning, operations, decommissioning, and other high-risk activity.

Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate level, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 3+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience
- Strong working knowledge of country legislation
- Proven experience leading incident response and investigations
- A track record of building trust and credibility with stakeholders at every level
- A genuine coaching and mentoring mindset
- Strong organisational and prioritisation judgement
