Role Overview
Nebius is looking for a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to help embed EHS standards and capability in their expanding operations. The role will involve translating strategy into practical action, acting as a trusted voice of EHS with site and regional teams, and guiding, challenging, and supporting teams when needed.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will own and implement the site EHS plan, bring the global EHS strategy to life in everyday work on site, lead by example with site teams and contractors, and support the site assurance programme, among other responsibilities.

Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate level, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 3+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience
- Strong working knowledge of country legislation
- Proven experience leading incident response and investigations
- A genuine coaching and mentoring mindset
- Strong organisational and prioritisation judgement
- Excellent communication skills
