Role Overview
Nebius is looking for a skilled Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to help embed the standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant, and sustainable. The role requires a proactive, credible specialist who takes ownership of EHS delivery on the ground.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will own and implement the site EHS plan, bring the global EHS strategy to life in everyday work on site, lead by example with site teams and contractors, and support the site assurance programme.

Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate level, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 3+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience
- Strong working knowledge of country legislation
- Proven experience leading incident response and investigations
- A track record of building trust and credibility with stakeholders at every level
- A genuine coaching and mentoring mindset
- Strong organisational and prioritisation judgement
- Excellent communication skills
