Role Overview
As a senior individual contributor in Rewards, you will own accurate day-to-day administration and delivery of our global equity programs, help employees understand ownership, and strengthen operations and controls as our public company grows.
What You Will Do
Administer the lifecycle of RSUs, options, and other awards, including grants, vesting, exercises or releases, settlement, transfers, forfeitures, cancellations, and terminations. Deliver new-hire, promotion, retention, and annual refresh events across our global programs in line with plan rules, approvals, controls, and timelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Hands-on stock plan administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a publicly listed multinational company; CEP or a comparable qualification is a plus. Strong working knowledge of RSUs, options, performance or other equity awards, vesting, exercises, settlement, payroll and tax interfaces, global mobility, and plan controls.
